Prepration Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2 Serves
1 and 1/4 Cup Non- fat Yogurt
3/4 Cup Fresh Blueberries
3/4 Cup Fresh Raspberries
1/2 cup nuts
1 Cup ice Cubes
Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
Blend for 30 seconds, stir and blend additional 30 seconds until it is smooth.
Ice Cubes also can be added.
Pour the smoothie into two glasses and garnish with nuts.
Refrigerate the smoothie until ready to serve.
