Cherry Cheesecake Lush is a creamy, no-bake dessert that’s perfect for warm days or anytime you want something light and indulgent. It combines a crunchy graham cracker crust, a rich cream cheese layer, and a sweet cherry topping. Easy to make and visually stunning, this dessert is ideal for any occasion, from casual gatherings to special events.
Base Layer:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter
Cream Cheese Layer:
8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped cream
Cherry Topping:
Fresh or canned cherries (optional)
Prepare the Crust:
Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix with sugar and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture evenly into a 9×13 inch dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Make the Cheesecake Layer:
Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add powdered sugar gradually and mix until well combined. Gently fold in whipped cream to make the mixture light and airy.
Add the Cherry Topping:
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Spoon cherry pie filling (or your homemade cherry mix) over the top and spread evenly.
Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours or until fully set. Serve chilled and enjoy!
For a firmer crust, bake it for 8–10 minutes at 350°F (175°C) before cooling and adding layers.
You can use fresh or frozen cherries cooked with sugar and cornstarch for a homemade topping.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
