Enjoy a nutritious and delicious Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait — a creamy, protein-packed treat layered with Greek yogurt, fresh or frozen berries, and crunchy granola. It’s a healthy snack or dessert that’s easy to customize with your favorite fruits, nuts, or sweeteners. Perfect for breakfast, post-workout refueling, or a guilt-free indulgence.
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
½ cup fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
¼ cup granola or other crunchy elements (nuts, muesli, or cookie crumbs)
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract or cinnamon (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Prepare all ingredients — wash and pat dry berries if using fresh, or thaw frozen ones.
In a glass or jar, add a layer of Greek yogurt to the bottom.
Add a layer of berries on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle a layer of granola for crunch.
Repeat the layers until the container is full.
Drizzle honey or maple syrup between layers if you like added sweetness.
Top with a few fresh berries, a sprinkle of granola, and mint leaves for garnish.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 3 days (add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy).
To prevent sogginess, store granola separately and add right before eating.
For a dairy-free or vegan version, substitute coconut, almond, or soy yogurt.
Add chia seeds, flaxseed, or nuts for extra nutrition.
Try seasonal fruits like cranberries in winter or strawberries in spring.
Avoid freezing assembled parfaits — textures will change.
