Enjoy a nutritious and delicious Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait — a creamy, protein-packed treat layered with Greek yogurt, fresh or frozen berries, and crunchy granola. It’s a healthy snack or dessert that’s easy to customize with your favorite fruits, nuts, or sweeteners. Perfect for breakfast, post-workout refueling, or a guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)

  • ¼ cup granola or other crunchy elements (nuts, muesli, or cookie crumbs)

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract or cinnamon (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients — wash and pat dry berries if using fresh, or thaw frozen ones.

  2. In a glass or jar, add a layer of Greek yogurt to the bottom.

  3. Add a layer of berries on top of the yogurt.

  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola for crunch.

  5. Repeat the layers until the container is full.

  6. Drizzle honey or maple syrup between layers if you like added sweetness.

  7. Top with a few fresh berries, a sprinkle of granola, and mint leaves for garnish.

  8. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 3 days (add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy).

Notes

  • To prevent sogginess, store granola separately and add right before eating.

  • For a dairy-free or vegan version, substitute coconut, almond, or soy yogurt.

  • Add chia seeds, flaxseed, or nuts for extra nutrition.

  • Try seasonal fruits like cranberries in winter or strawberries in spring.

  • Avoid freezing assembled parfaits — textures will change.
