Healthy Broccoli Salad Recipe


Healthy Broccoli Salad is an easy way to enjoy vegetables and herbs.

Preapration Time: 15 minutes

Serving: 4 Serving

Ingredients :

1 Broccoli chopped

2 Carrots (Sliced or chopped)

1 Red Bell pepper(Sweet pepper or capsicum)

1 Red Radish(small sliced or chopped)

1/2 Jalapeno(thin sliced/chopped)

1/2 chopped Almonds

For Garnishing

4 tbsp fresh juicy Carrots

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tbsp Fresh Herbs(chopped oregano)

2 tbsp Olive Oil

Salt as per taste

1/2 Black Pepper

Directions :

Step :1 Take a jar and add all the ingredients in it and add 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar in it. Shake the jar well.

Step: 2 After cleaning and chopping all of the vegetables, place them in a large bowl.

Step: 3 Add vinaigrette dressing ingredients to the vegetables. And shake well.
