Base:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
Vegetables:
1 cup cooked spinach (fresh or frozen, drained well)
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Cheese:
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: ¼ cup shredded cheddar for extra richness
Seasonings & Enhancers:
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional Add-ins:
1 tsp hot sauce or diced jalapeños (for spice lovers)
Step 1 – Prepare the Vegetables
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Drain and chop artichoke hearts, and squeeze excess water from thawed spinach.
Step 2 – Make the Creamy Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Step 3 – Combine Everything
Add chopped spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, mozzarella, and seasonings. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Step 4 – Bake to Perfection
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a crispier surface.
Step 5 – Serve and Enjoy
Serve warm with bread, chips, or vegetables. Enjoy your creamy, cheesy, and savory dip fresh out of the oven!
Use full-fat dairy for the creamiest texture.
Don’t skip draining the spinach — it’s key to avoiding a watery dip.
Perfect for holidays, potlucks, and movie nights!
